Last Friday night Mom and Dad went to the opera! They saw "The Marriage of Figaro"-- one of the longest operas (almost 4 hours!). To put it nicely Dad said, "It sure takes a long time to say three words in Italian." Even though he didn't think he would enjoy it, he ended up really getting into it, and Mom hasn't stopped singing the songs since.
